On behalf of Sutton Juniors Football club I'd like to say a massive thank you to our friends at Sutton Village Committee!
The help, guidance and support offered over the past 5 years and even more so over the past 6 months has been invaluable!
Not only are they our largest Legacy supporter but they also now sponsor 2 of our younger teams and are the first people to contact us should we put a call out for help of any kind.
The Village committee is a voluntary group who work tirelessly to put on some amazing events throughout the year such as the FunDay, Bonfire and Christmas Lights and their hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed and is appreciated not only by our members but also by the community in general!!!
Next event on the horizon is Sutton FunDay hopefully all our juniors will once again join us on the parade and support the event and the village committee as they support us!!!

Sutton Juniors are on the lookout for an enthusiastic person to coach/manage and guide our next crop of juniors through the club, if you have a child in reception year at school and are interested in joining our elite band of volunteers please do get in touch.

No experience necessary as assistance will be given and the club will fund FA level one coaching and other related courses to assist your development. The first year is spent developing both the players and the coach and squad building and will only require 1-2 hours commitment per week for training, all venues and training equipment are supplied by the club.

So if your child was born between 1/9/2010 and the 31st August 2011 and you are interested in joining us or know someone who may be please get in touch.

Sutton Juniors have once again been invited to Turf Moor! The trip is open to all players (junior and adult), supporters and family and friends of SJFC, all junior members will receive 1 hours coaching from the Elite training staff at BFC, the first 40 to book will be able to take part in the 'shake the shirt' on the pitch and 12 will be drawn at random to take part in the 'guard of honour' .
Tickets are on sale via our ticket office link below and will be sold on a first come first served basis, the trip includes return travel from Sutton park. 
As usual existing BFC season ticket holders can transfer their tickets into our group free of charge (travel costs only).
All children attending and wishing to take part in the on pitch activities should wear full SJFC kit.

CLUB STATEMENT

Sutton Juniors are in consultation and have agreed a deal in principle to buy land within the village.

The land itself, time scales, and details of the deal will need to be kept under wraps for now but we can confirm it does lie within the boundaries of Sutton in Craven.

Our senior management committee will be working with various local and national bodies to help deliver this but the support of our members and the wider community will be vital.

There will be various ways members and indeed people from the village and surrounding areas can get involved and these will be announced over the next few weeks, in the meantime supporting our club fundraising events, buying from our club shop or simply donating via our gofundme account will help.

  Legacy ---------

Hopefully everyone can now see why we’re so driven in our fundraising efforts and understand that this is achievable if we all pull together!

We have a chance to create a lasting legacy for generations of children and adults in Sutton and the surrounding areas.

The club needs to reach a goal of 25k – we have already put in place a number of contingency elements to support this target – but this is our aim. This will be mixed between active fundraising and more corporate & commercial support.

In terms of timescales – the process will be drawn out over some time – it will take many months to bottom all the technical aspects of the proposals, legal status and club structure to move forward – please bear with us.
